secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or
equivalent). We never see or store your card details.
We do not share, sell, or rent your data. Tresik.com
does not trade in personal information. The only
purpose of collecting your data is to deliver the note
you ordered and to keep provenance records
accurate.
Any provenance information is public only in coded
form (e.g., #45—$45). No personal names are
published unless you request otherwise.
By using this site, you agree to provide accurate data
for shipping and to accept that your details are kept
only as long as necessary for order fulfillment and
legal compliance.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible under specific conditions:
• If your artwork arrives damaged in transit.
• If you receive an artwork different from the one you
ordered.
• If you return the artwork in its original condition,
within 14 days from receipt.
Refunds trace back exclusively to the original
purchaser. Once an artwork is sold, replacements is
impossible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Tresik.com reserves the right to refuse refunds in
cases of fraud, abuse, or altered items.
Terms of Service
By accessing this site and purchasing an artwork, you
agree to the following terms:
• Authenticity is guaranteed through three elements:
signature, stamp, and unique alphanumeric code.
• Provenance is maintained in a public ledger
accessible on this site.
• Directories are sold only here. Any other source is
unofficial and outside our responsibility.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying
a conceptual artwork and that all transactions are
governed by these rules.
